Dr. Valente was born in Venezuela and raised in Tampa, FL, where she completed her undergraduate education in business administration and biomedical sciences at the University of South Florida. Dr. Valente discovered her passion for dentistry volunteering at medical mission trips and free clinics as a Spanish translator and dental assistant. Dr. Valente received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University. While attending NYU, Dr. Valente received a research scholarship. She was a dental admissions ambassador and an active member of the Hispanic student dental association, Aesthetics society and the Veterans oral health initiative.
Dr. Valente is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, where she remains active and continues her education with the latest advances in general and cosmetic dentistry.
When not in the office, Dr. Valente enjoys traveling, exploring outdoors and spending time with her family, friends, and recently adopted dog
