After I got out of the United States Air Force, I came down with a toothache that forced me to go see a dentist for the first time in my life. I ended up needing a root canal therapy and a crown but little did I know this would actually be the greatest blessing in disguise because it would guide me to completely changing my path in life. I have now been practicing dentistry for over seven years and enjoying every second of the ups and downs because I am passionate about all of my patients and their oral health.
It didn’t take too long in this field to realize that dentists don’t have that many fans. On the contrary, most people despise going to the dentist because they are jaded by prior negative experiences. I decided then that I would do my best to change each and every one of my patients’ experiences by attentively listening to and understanding their wants and needs. Though the road has been rough, it has been worth it and I can proudly say I have many success stories and many more to come.
