“Dr. Amanda Lloyd is truly a skilled Mohs surgeon. Her reconstructions are amazing. She is able to hide patient's scars in areas that are barely noticeable. Not only does she have the techinical skills such as her knowledge of anatomy but she is also warm and she is a great listener. She partners with her patients to get them successfully through the scary experinece of having skin cancer and after the cancer is treated she creates a plan with the patient to prevent cancer from returning. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from UCLA Honors College, Dr. Lloyd received her medical degree from the University of Vermont, College of Medicine. She did her dermatology residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, TX and served as chief resident. Additional training followed in:
