Dr. Kathryn Monaghan, DC, Acu

Dr. Kathryn Monaghan attended York University in Toronto, Ontario, graduating with a Specialized Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She then attended New York Chiropractic College where she attained her Doctor of Chiropractic. She has experience in various adjusting and soft tissue techniques, such as Graston, SOT, NKT, AIM, spidertech, rocktape, myofascial release, among others. Functional Movement evaluations are a major focus in her practice to keep the body at optimum health. Dr. Kathryn Monaghan works closely with other health care providers for unique co-treatment of patient complaints and concerns throughout life. She has been a medical trainer for Authentic Taekwondo, was part of the medical training team for the AAA Bantam Ajax/Pickering Raiders and most recently part of the medical team at the Panam Games in Toronto. Dr. Kathryn is committed to providing the most up-to-date care and services to provide the best possible care for her patients. Dr. Kathryn in her free time enjoys playing hockey and softball when she is not learning more about health care and wellness!
