Dr. Keshava Eega

Dr. Eega graduated from the College of Veterinary Science in Hyderabad, India and moved to the United States in 2003 with a passion of practicing high-quality veterinary medicine in an advanced setting.

After completing a Master’s in Animal Science, he completed the North American Veterinary Licensing Exam (NAVLE) in 2006 and attended Louisiana State University, School of Veterinary Medicine for his clinical rotations. After completing his clinical rotations from LSU, he obtained his Florida state license to practice Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Eega worked for 13 yrs in corporate practice in Orlando, Tampa area as an Associate Veterinarian and Lead Doctor. During his tenure he has gained experience with soft tissue surgeries while continuing to practice high-quality veterinary medicine. His professional interests include wellness exams, preventive care, senior pet care, and nutrition counseling for both dogs and cats, with particular interests in endocrine cases, skin cases, nutrition, and behavior.

He is a member of the FVMA, AVMA and VIN. Dr. Eega is Fear Free certified which means, as professionals, eliminate fear, anxiety, and stress, and create an experience that is better and safer for all involved, including pets, owners, and veterinary health care teams.

Dr. Eega enjoys spending time with his wife, kid and his dog, He also runs marathons and is a crossfit enthusiast.
