He is currently the President of the ASLMS (American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery) where he previously served on the Board of Directors. He served as President of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS) from 2008 - 2009. He is currently very active in teaching for ASDS, AAD and ASLMS.
