Dr. Alex Shklyar began his education at University of Maryland, College Park, where he received Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. GO TERPS!!!
He graduated from Baltimore College of Dental Surgery Dental School, University of Maryland, and received a degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2005.
He received advanced training during a residency at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Baltimore, Dental Clinic.
Dr. Alex Shklyar was awarded by the Maryland Academy of General Dentistry and was published in dentally related magazines.
Dr. Alex Shklyar enjoys his time with his wife and child. He also enjoys many hobbies in his spare time. He loves playing chess, tennis, hiking and meditating.
Dr. Alex Shklyar received advanced training in dental implants to surgically place and restore, advanced training in ClearCorrect, 6 Month Smile, and conventional braces. He also received advanced cosmetic training including veneers, bridges, and CEREC same day dental crowns and restorations.
