Portrait of Dr. Alysia Mascolo at Dublin Family Dental, in Dublin, CADr. Alysia Mascolo joins our practice with a life-long passion for dentistry. She knows that great care and patient relationships can make a true difference in someone’s life. Her belief in comfortable and excellent care is the shared philosophy that led her to Dublin Family Dental.
Dr. Mascolo’s undergraduate studies were at the University of the Pacific as a dual degree student in biology and law. Fulfilling her childhood dream, she continued on to the University of Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. She regularly gave back to the greater San Francisco area contributing to a variety of dental health events. She also completed a dental mission trip for children in the Philippines. It was in SF she grew her passion for public health winning the OKU Sutro Community Service Award and the American Association of Public Health Dentistry Award.
She continued her journey to Connecticut where she served families in the New Haven and East Haven area. Dr. Mascolo then received her Advanced Professional Masters in Public Health from Yale University. She hopes to continue her work on improving access to care in combination with clinical dentistry.
Dr. Mascolo’s hobbies include hiking, yoga, reading, cooking and volunteering through Hands-on Bay Area. She loves talking with patients and hearing about all the best food places in the area!
