I was lucky enough to attend Dr. Barry’s lecture: A New Paradigm in Orthodontics and found it to be inspired, articulate and unbelievably comprehensive. It was more of a dissertation condensed into an hour and a half lecture (or a TED Talk for dentists). The subject matter is incredibly fascinating and I am relieved to know that there are independent thinkers who are driving the profession to tackle very serious issues of the future.

Five years ago, Dr. Raphael and I started together to learn about myofunctional orthodontics and we have been on the path ever since. We learned then that there is more to a child’s well being than just straight teeth.
