I worked for Charley when I was a resident at the University of Kentucky, and I have to say that he was my senior resident with the most integrity, consistently enjoyed doing his job (which at the time was a pretty rough one), and was always prepared for work. He was a step ahead of where he was expected to be, and I could see that his superiors treated him as an equal even when he had a lot of training left to do. I would gladly let Charley operate on me for any general surgery issue, especially if I needed bariatric work.

Dr. Procter and I have known one another since undergraduate at the University of Georgia. We graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in the 2002 class and have remained colleagues and friends since. Charley is dedicated and conscientious. He is well trained and delivers excellent surgical care to his patients.
