Dr. Cheryl M. Burgess is a board-certified dermatologist who has gained national and international acclaim for her expertise and contributions to the field of dermatology. She founded the Center for Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery in Washington, DC and currently serves as President of the practice.
She is known as an authority on non-invasive cosmetic procedures and advanced dermatological technology. She has developed and patented (United States Patent Numbers 7,637,900 and 8,038,665) unique technique of aesthetic enhancement using dermal fillers and neuromodulators. She is an invited lecturer for the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Physicians, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Academy of Dermatology. A highly sought-after speaker, she has been invited to lecture for these and many other medical organizations. She was inducted into the prestigious American Dermatological Association

I’ve known Dr Cheryl Burgess personally and professionally for almost 2 decades. Her intelligence, skill, common sense, empathy and kindness make her not only a wonderful physician but a wonderful friend and colleague. In addition her international expert status as consultant, advisory board member, investigator and lecturer mean she provides her patients with the best care possible as she helps move our field forward.

Dr, Cheryl Burgess is a brilliant dermatologist and is widely respected for her knowledge about injectables, keloids, scarring and many other topics. In addition she is a magnificent human being and I learn from her each time we speak.
