I have known Dr. Finlay since she was a third year Dental Student. We met on a medical mission to Jamaica, and have since been on several missions with her both in the US and in Jamaica. She exhibited outstanding character in the way in which she interacted with the patients and her colleagues. She was always willing to help. Her care, compassion and dedication has not decreased over the years, but have only deepened. She truly is an outstanding doctor and great example for students and colleagues.

Dr. Finlay has always been the Doctor Doctor! Not only have I observed her to be professional and excellent in patient care but she has served as an amazing example to many in our field including myself. She loves what she does and it it shows.
