I’m a small town guy that has been all over the place. Growing up in the state of New York I already have a feel for what Fayetteville, NC has to offer. I Attended college at University of Georgia and became a Bulldog for life. Realizing how I excel with patient communication and anything I can do with my hands I found a home in the field of dentistry. I attended dental school in south Florida at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental medicine. Today I found a place, that reminds me of home, with my significant other that makes me a better person everyday. My 2 golden retrievers also remind me not take the small things in life too seriously.

Dr. Sands is one of the few dentists that I trained with who I would trust to do my own dental work. His hand skills are top notch and creates strong relationships with his patients. He is very humble in his work, but strives for perfection. He’s extremely ethical when making decisions for his patients and looks at the big picture. He doesn’t piece meal his treatment, but looks comprehensively and has the mind of an engineer.

Doctor John Sands has impressed me since I first met him. His patient management skills are superb. I have yet to meet a patient that doesn’t love having him as their dentist. His hands skills and attention to detail is second to none. I have watched him grow as a dentist and seen his simple treatment plans to his more complex full mouth reconstruction treatment plans. His future will be bright. I am sure that wherever he ends up in his career the community will benefit greatly. He has a knack and enthusiasm for dentistry. Keep up the good work Dr. Sands!

I had the pleasure to go to dental school with Dr. Sands and I must say if I would trust someone to treat my family members, it would be him. He is caring and diligent. He loves helping people and always helped his co workers during the training. He has always showed compassion for his patients. He is a very knowledgeable clinician offering many facets of Dentistry including, but not limited to, implants, oral surgery, root canals, and orthodontics. Additionally, his chairside manner is excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Sands to anyone who wants an ethical clinician that provides the best care in Dentistry.
