Dr. Kissner is a caring and passionate psychiatrist. She is one of the most knowledgeable physicians I have ever Had the pleasure to meet. Her ability to understand and manage patients with the most severe and complicated cases has made her an asset to her patients and the field of psychiatry. It is common for colleagues, including myself, to request her assistance in cases where common knowledge and experience has failed to produce results; or in cases where the comorbid medical burdens have proven to be to complex.
