She then continued her education at The University of Iowa College of Dentistry where she got her doctorate degree in Dental Surgery and completed a one-year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry. In addition to her doctorate degree in dentistry, she has completed more than 2400 hours of continuing education. She has completed specialized training from Oral Sedation Seminars, and Implant Seminars. She was awarded with the title of Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2008 and Fellow of the International Dental Implants Association in 2014. She is a certified Vivos ®, Myobrace®, and Fastbraces® Provider. She maintains active memberships with The American Dental Association, She is currently the president of the Lane County Dental Society, The Oregon Dental Association, the Lane County Dental Society, The Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, The Seattle Study Club, The Exploring Excellence Study Club, and the International Dental Implants Association. In her spare time, Dr. Del Valle enjoys gardening, hiking, bicycling, and spending time with her husband, her two children, her mother and her two dogs.
