Dr. Scott Vines earned his dental degree from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry and then completed a two-year General Practice Residency at the University of Texas Medical Center in Houston. Dr. Vines has been in private practice since 1998 until he recently joined Dr. DeVaney.
He is the type of person that upholds the professional ideals of quality care and has an intense concern for the welfare of his patients. Dr. Vines over the last twenty-one years has served on various committees and councils for both the State Dental Society as well as local Societies.
