Dr. Shahin Charkhandeh, D.D.S. completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry after having received his Bachelor’s Degree and Master of Sciences from the University of Calgary.A long time Calgarian, Dr. Charkhandeh and his family are thrilled that he is able to work in a city he loves and called home for many of his early years. Dr. Charkhandeh’s approach acknowledges the importance of the relationship between oral health and general systemic health. He places great value on continuing education and attends numerous courses in the areas of Dental Sleep Medicine, Periodontics and Cosmetic Dentistry in Canada and the United States. Dr. Charkhandeh spends most of his free time with his wife and family. He loves playing soccer and basketball and volunteers in dental out reach programs such as sharing a smile day and DOCS. He is a history buff and loves travelling to new places and meeting people from all walks of life
