Dr. Vinayak Patil attended St. Paul’s High School in India and completed his Dentistry at KLE Dental College Belgaum, India. After finishing Dental school he traveled to the United Kingdom to complete a fellowship training in Oral and Maxillofacial specialty and finished his dental surgery exams at the Royal College of Surgeons in England. During his tenure in England Dr. Patil developed tremendous skills in oral surgery and medically compromised patients. Dr. Patil worked in the UK for 6.5 years. He continued to develop his skills in Cosmetic Dentistry, Oral Implantology and Advanced General dentistry, during his 2 year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Maryland Dental School. D r. Patil developed proficient skills in all aspects of General dentistry and during his residency he was awarded “The Harry W.F Dressel, Jr. Award Of Clinical Excellence In General Dentistry and Concept of total patient care. Dr. Patil enjoys traveling the world and meet new people. He also enjoys out door sports.

Dr. Vinayak Patil is the BEST dentist in the Northern Virginia area- not just for people who are VERY fearful of getting dental work done, but also because he is a grade A professional at his craft. Patients are always greeted with a warm welcome and feel comfortable through the entire process. He knows how to calm fearful patients and make them laugh quite a bit to lighten the mood.
